Mercenary Curse Limit - Not casting curse despite increased curse limit

Same issue, the merc has anathema and two curses on hit, but unfortunatly he never apply his own mark on top.

Same issue. Innate elemental weakness never gets applied with Windscream and curse on hit ring equipped.

Same issue with my Cruel Mistress. I did some testing and I'm pretty sure its a bugged interaction when an enemy already has a curse on it, regardless of curse limits. When I took off the merc's Asenath's gloves and I stopped using my assassin's mark then she will cast despair. If there's any curse on the enemy already she will not cast curses. She has anathema equipped so its not due to curse limits.

Same with cruel mistress - have doedres ring and asenaths gentle touch. She only casts Temp Chains and not her own curse (despair)

Same with my merc, can we have this acknowledged? This merc breaking!
