Ultimatum Bugged ( nearly always Stone Circles )

I've got the same issue (mostly circles for me). Using 2 bribing scarabs and the 3 atlas notables that increase everything but circles.

So nearly 2 Weeks of people having this bug, more then 10 threads to this topic and some with multiple sites already... and still no feedback from GGG if they look into that.

had the same issue i was specced in all but the circles so i've unspecced protect the altars and then specced into conquer the stones now circles seem to be at 25% chance

Same for me. All but stone circles in tree gives me almost always stone circles - 35 out of 40 runs today.

So i found something out.
Atleast for me it changed a lot. I did level a new character ( not specific for ultimatum ) And just tried ultimatum now. The Problem for me is solved i dont get stone circles anymore. And it looks like that not only that is bugged, with my old char i barely got any inscribed ultimatum in ultimatum itself and also random drops in the maps, with my new char i get waaaay more its not even close it looks like a way bigger problem than just the encouner itself ofc i cant promise that it helps for everyone but for me it does |

" Yes, i played a cws build 3 leagues now and i never got so little loot from ultimatum than this league and i am affected by this bug. This really killed every fun because GGG just refuses to do something about it or even acknowledge it even after TWO WEEKS. |

This is affecting me as well, over 30 in row have all been "survive" (my absolute least favorite)
Something is def wrong. |
