Ultimatum Bugged ( nearly always Stone Circles )

I found a bug and also a solution i guess.
Currently for me and my friends Ultimatum is bugged.
I specced fully in Ultimatum and in everything except the Stone Circles, so they should be the less common. Out of 40 Maps i got 38 times Stone Circles. So i was thinking maybe its something like that the other are not increased chances and something is messed up that its less chances, so i swapped it around. Same result.

There is just no way rng wise that i hit 38/40 times the Stone circles when iam fully specced into the 3 other.

So can someone please check in the code i guess its just an typo mistake that the base chances of stone circles are 0.25 and the other three like 0.0025 or something like that it should be really easy to fix. I would really appreciate it if you can look into this since i really want to play that. And it never feel like that.

So i asked ChatGPT what are the odds for that.
If everything is base 25% chance and i increase the other 3 options by 100% each it looks like that:

A: 1/7 ≈ 14,29 %

B: 2/7 ≈ 28,57 %

C: 2/7 ≈ 28,57 %

D: 2/7 ≈ 28,57 %

So my odds to hit 38/40 times Stone Circles are: 0,0000000000000000000000000000445 %

or in other words 1:2.247.000.000.000.000.000.000.000.000

Does anyone else has that problem?

I did some more testing.
A friend of me didnt have that problem.
I gave him 10 Silo Maps from me. I copied his atlas tree.
Everything was the same.

I get 10/10 Stone Circles
He didnt got a single Stone Circle...

Something is really bugged... i even used my other Atlas tree but nothing is helping ... i would be really nice if someone can look into that case.. if more information needed let me know

I didn't start getting 100% circles until I specced into Ultimatum. It's now 20+ in a row and counting.

Might want to use a real source bud

(Also, if the chance is internally weighted in favor of circles, is it a bug?)

I've done ultimatum for leagues and it's not weighted like this.
