Game freezes every 5-10 minutes

Got the same issue, a freeze then followed by a black screen and the spinning gears. Sometimes, but not always, the freeze is preceded by small stutters and hacked off sound. Once that's over, I'm good to go - until it happens again.Luckily the pause function seems to keep me dying and from disconnecting most of the times. But it also resets my minimap to be all empty and in need of uncovering again every time this happens, depending on what map I am doing this is more or less annoying.
It was fairly bad when I started playing the league about 2 weeks ago. Got better after the last two maintenances. Now, in the last 48 hours or so, I feel like it got worse again. In case it's relevant: Processor AMD Ryzen 7 78003D, GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080. |

Yup.that's exactly what happens to me. I've tried nearly everything,apart from buying new PC lol. Game is unplayable atm,hopefully they'll fix it soon,otherwise I'm not coming back,cause it's too frustrating

Same. Freezing every 25 mins, get the gears, then black screen and unfreeze. I just dealt with it but now I'm bossing and pause wont work. Costing me 5D every fucking time... @GGG seems like a somewhat common problem. You guys maybe...look at it? Been all season long

There were freezes every 40 minutes for a minute or two. I changed DX12 to Vulkan in the settings - I've been playing for the second day without problems. Maybe this will help someone.

Getting spinning cog freezes every other map at the moment in PoE2. Really starting to get annoying.
4060/7800x3d, no fps issues, all running solidly apart from these random freezes. No issues with the apps/videos on other monitors so its just the game. All uptodate apart from the new gpu driver out today. Worth updating? Are we all on 7800x3ds? |
