Constant crashing and freezing

Same here on POE 1 Mercs. No issue with other games.

Why aren't they addressing this yet?? It's so frustrating getting rolled back and losing portals, etc.

Anyone found a solution, I also am having the same issues so looking for a fix

Agreed. This is awful, I just want to play but I literally CAN'T.

Same issue, game keep crashing since the league started. Its really frustrating because whenever it freezes and disconnect me if im doing betrayal encounters or trying to not get one shot by the mercernary, it instantly fail me the encounter.

Some effects lags, freeze or disconect during maps. For example, stand near of the Bismuth deposit ore (kalguur mechanic) or activate them makes stuttering my game a lot

So still having the issues however I did try switching the server that I am logging into and it great reduces as soon as I switch. The two worst I have been on were Washington and Califorrnia. Now running Canada and it is happening a lot less.

My game has been constantly freezing for 10-20 seconds, then resumes while playing all of the animations in hyperspeed. Seems to happen roughly once every 30 minutes or so.

i7-11700k, RTX 3080, 32gb memory, etc.

Go into your graphics options and change from directx12 to directx11.

having similar problem here as well
running windows 11, I7-8700, 32gb ram, rtx 2080 on wired network with fibre using New Zealand server and running on standard not in league so the issue cant be related to mercs
getting disconnected every 10 seconds to 2 minutes roughly .. varies .. goes straight to the character select screen

never had any issue prior to this "reset/league" launch but have had times since where i was experiencing major lag spikes but no disconnects .. the lag spikes just increased in length and in frequency ... i would log out and wait a minute then log in again and it was fine but this morning when i tried a memory thread of lonliness it kept disconnecting but it would roll back so i still had that map in the map device
kept trying though it took over 20 disconnects to get to completing it but when i use the fragment to open the incarnation of neglect fight ... it disconnected when i had him to just over 50% health and when i logged back in the fragment was gone and so were all the portals

did a speed test on my connection and the download speed was 270ish mbs with an upload speed of 290ish

i have lots of the same problems than u guys!!

when use memorie skills, game goes frozen and i need relog (lost a portal);

when wildwood empower harvest memory games goes frozen and i need relog (lost a portal);

not always, but sometimes when harbinger spawn packs, game goes frozen and i need relog (lost a portal);

originator packs? not always, but sometimes game goes frozen and i need relog (lost a portal);

delirium? not always, but sometimes game goes frozen and i need relog (lost a portal);

blight? same as delirium;

breach? same as delirium/blight;

expedition? same as harvest+wildwood wisps;



ps.: im not juicing maps, just testing random things alone, with kirac memories, cheap scarabs or originator maps gifting me some mechanic.


pps.: i try DX12, DX11, Vulkan, triple buff on, off, vsync on, off (in all of 3 ways), try change nvidia painel config...

and nothing to solve it!
