Hi,
Which account are you using for these filters? The account you are posting on has no filters attached to it.
it just dawned on me i'm using a different account on ps5 from my ps4 account (which this one is linked to). it was my brother's account. i just tried linking the psn, but the email associated with it does not accept the password he wrote down. i think i'm out of luck. hopefully some default filters are added.

You can contact support for help on this if you like but we are planning to add the default filters back in an upcoming patch.

i'll probably have to wait for them. i'm attempting to reset his e-mail password, if that works then i should be able to link the ps5 to the website and sort things out. otherwise, thanks for trying to help.
