" ilvl 37+ mods increase the level requirement of items to 29, which renders them unusable in lvl 28 pvp. Thats why ilvl 36 is the perfect ilvl for lvl 28 pvp. With the exception of 6 socket weaps / chests, which would be best at ilvl 50 to reduce the ammount of high lvl itemmods, that would increse the level requirement of the item over 28. |

Hi, I'm looking to make a melee lvl 28 character
My shopping list is: chest: full plate with 350+ armour and life rings with life, ias, phys damage high armour shield high dps one handed sword 1.6 aps or faster ias/life/armour gloves life/ 20%+ move speed boots ign: grogbog or MeleeLLD thanks!
