Frequent disconnects since patch 3.26

Hi GGG,

Since day one of this league, I’ve been experiencing constant disconnections during mapping. Almost every time I try to complete a map, I get kicked out of the game and lose all progress – portals gone, map lost. This makes it nearly impossible to advance through the Atlas, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating to play.

I’ve tried several basic troubleshooting steps (restarting the game, checking my internet connection, switching servers), but the issue persists. It feels like I can’t reliably play the game anymore, and it’s starting to ruin the entire league experience for me. I genuinely enjoy Path of Exile, but this is pushing me toward uninstalling the game.

Is there anything being done about this issue? Are there any specific steps I can take to fix or reduce these crashes?

If anyone is having a similar problem to the post I made (check the images), please run a WinMTR test while the disconnection issues are occurring.

Post the results back here from the WinMTR so the issue is visualized.

Just fck this league. Its not the day 1 of the league,map lagging with loosing progress are still PN. WTF GGG? To be honest - 1 more day i dont give a fck about any poe anymore. WE WAS WAITING ONE YEAR THIS SH&T?

Yeah, that's obvious, which is why if you show a VISUAL trace it's easier for GGG to VISUALIZE the issue and get someone on it.

Just complaining that you're disconnecting does nothing. Provide the info so the right team can look into it and pass it along.

Day 4 and still no response, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Playing SSF, I stop the count of red maps and vaal orbs I lost due to crashes.
Was so frustrating to loose such rare currencies at a start of a fresh SSF atlas.

Now I lost a "juiced" map with 3 scarabs of my 6 total I hardly get from now.
(oh yes because DCs destroy all portals)

I had the same issue, but for the last two days no crashes at all. Occasional lag but very playable. All this on EU/Frankfurt. I've changed nothin in the config.

Every crash we lose maps and fragment, this is to much.
3 times in 2 hours, just stop it.
