OBS cannot capture with Game Capture after patch

Same here, obs won't show the game with Game Capture, only Window Capture works but it has an ugly yellow border. All other games work, PoE is definitely bricked.

SAME. Guys do you have blue adrenalin?maybe it is problem?

I have the same problem. I thought it was my lack of experience with OBS. OBviouSly, it was not. Other games I opened appeared like a charm.

I am having this same issue, except in my case both the Directx11 and WinCapture work arounds do not work for me as they cause other issues. I would really appreciate it if this got fixed so I can continue to use Directx12 renderer with the game capture in obs studios

For me DX12 has the best performance and I want to use it but OBS records only black screen. Vulkan is close second to DX12 but not that great. DX11 is absolutely unusable in 2025. The game is extremely struggling with it.

Neither window nor game capture works in DX12.

I changed my OBS settings to:

Capture Method: Windows 10 (1903 and up)

Still no official answer when they gonna fix this.
Window capture works yes but the game capture still don't that is the main problem here.
Bring the direct12 as it was.

Still no death logs & now we can't easily record the game to see what killed us either?

Not happy.

And the window capture mode workaround puts microsoft's unavoidable yellow-warning border around the game which looks like rubbish.
