Suddenly Blue Screen while only playing POE1 on Windows11

i swapped to vulkan since last crash, no bsod since so maybe thats the fix.
i have also downgraded my gpu driver by 2 ver down to 23.12.1

my specs:

ryen 9900x
rx 7900 xtx
32 gb ddr 5

before swapping to vulkan the bsod would always be the error code: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, and it would never bsod, pc just freezes then restarts.
