I've tried predictive networking, almost every server, updated permissions on PoE folders to be admin (i'm changing back now), ran as administrator, reboot, refresh video card drivers, changed from window'd full screen to full screen, to window, and a few other things. Additionally there are currently networking issues in a few regions in Asia and Europe and we are contacting our server providers to try to get this resolved as soon as possible. For our Console players, we regrettably still do not have an ETA, an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
