When this sort of thing happens, *please* just pick a time, and say "x hour at the earliest". That way people can plan their sleep/work/etc schedules.
If you fail to meet the deadline, that's OK, make a new one. If you finish early, that's OK too, just hold on to it until the appropriate time.
Leaving us all in limbo is uncool.
ALSO, if this was a client-side issue, then someone there knew all along that it would need to be recertified, and that Sony is not quick about it (at least for GGG), so you could have told us before the scheduled launch, when the issue was discovered, that it would not be fixed any time soon.
You also should have taken the queue down. If it needs a client update, none of the people in queue will actually get to stay there anyway. PLEASE take it down now, so people aren't under the false impression that they're in 2nd place out of 40,000 when they're going to get kicked anyway.

I didn't say that I had? The players who spend money on the game are the ones who should feel the greatest disappointment in these delays because they spent the money for its progress. Compensation for these delays would be a sign of good faith, that's my point.

Yup expansion of base for console is something every console player complaining should be aiming for. Rather than bashing someone for being a noob take the time educate and help make console Numbers grow. Anyone can bash and point out flaws we should be encouraging them to stay and explaining why they should.
