Rule number 1 - Be responsive to your customers.
Rule number 2 - If you don’t communicate then people will keep asking the same questions over and over again until they get an answer. (And get angry)
Rule number 3 - Never promise something that you can’t deliver.
Rule number 4 - Maintain a SLA for all support cases.
