We've found the main issue causing players to get disconnected specifically when trying to login, we'll have a fix deployed shortly. Additionally there are currently networking issues in a few regions in Asia and Europe and we are contacting our server providers to try to get this resolved as soon as possible. For our Console players, we regrettably still do not have an ETA, an update will be provided as soon as we have more information. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have everything stable as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience.
Glad to hear that. In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Why are the servers still online when a decent amount of people cant login rn fix it and then start servers again what's so hard?
