thats insane!!! poe ninja from 3.26 will have lots of +1bi dmg now.... BAMA alredy op, now...and this heavy strike? broken! i think merc skill need to be merc only skills. and merc gear are locked, we cant take or change it gear...because now we have merc+guardian to run aura+ nearby stuff then, the chars will became overpowered.
