Path of Exile 2 Environment Art

postponed next week then on holiday next week xd
I don't know why, but those barren desolate places with an obvious rich history and mystery are really something in grim games.
We want the new patch please !!
We dont care for art ..
Please !!
Show them in loading screens :3
Guild Wars 2 has unique concept arts for each map/location/story moment. It's cool af!
Definitely got some new backgrounds! Beautiful art !
Can confirm - nobody cares. We want the new ACTS and some new CLASSES to play...

Also, build diversity is awful. Lower stat requirements.

Well yes GGG, i have never heard anyone complain about the art in your games.
POE 2 is beautiful and these as well.
Kudos to the artists !

Lot of work only to be ignored 99% of the time because it's an ARPG with effects all over the screen - seems a waste.

Also seems to be even more heavily influenced by D2 when you see it this way than in game. Would be interesting to see something original, that isn't just intended to be nostalgia candy.

Rather a shame that the devs don't seem to want the game to succeed, as evidenced by nearly all of their actions and words since EA began.

That's not how optimization primarly works. There is more than enough room to get up to speed without sacrificing foliage.

Except for the fact that they DO keep doing in order to optimize, and another round is coming this patch... aren't you the guy who always harasses people about reading and all that?

As I've said: "That's not how optimization primarly works".

There is also a performance improvement coming. We're optimizing the physics on monsters and NPCs across the game, this is making them significantly cheaper and will cause less CPU bound bottlenecks on performance. This issue isn't prevalent everywhere but is common in areas with lots of humans, such as the Faridun in Act two, or in Freythorn in Act one. We'll continue to optimize these incrementally in every patch as we find all the suboptimal cases.

Yeah, foliage removal.
