Viridian wildwood death completes and locks the map

Same, died right as the book dropped on the ground and was teleported to the portal outside which prevented me from getting the book. Completing the map again at a different location doesn't drop a book :(

I'm stuck in the same room. with only the TP back to my hideout and nowhere to go.

I died just as I completed the map, without being able to pick up the book. I tried to get back to that spot. Pushing into the dark got me into the same room.

Same here. Died and map is locked and marked as "completed"

The wisps disappear.
