" Did you watch the video posted by VimpeloTERA? They were on the English language version of the website, downloading the English language installer. The language that Windows itself is set to shouldn't matter at all for this. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I was also having this problem. I had installed PoE 2 and the installer for PoE 1 was probably bugged or something. It was recognizing an older PoE1 installation. I had to click in Uninstall and run it again to recognize as a new installation.
