Is the Idols system replacing the Atlas Tree?
Only during this event. It is an old throw-away idea we didn't think would be good enough to replace the Atlas Tree. For this event we wanted to create an almost "alternate reality Wraeclast" vibe and thought this would be interesting to experience alongside the alternate Ascendancy class ideas also.

ok, so its not anything about "experimenting" but rather "random bullshit GO!"

that's all I wanted to hear. still sh*tty idea but now I am less worried.

After seeing shadow's ascendancies i am in fact very excited about this event <3
The idols sound like something new and interesting also, can't wait to try them out. I hope that if the reception is good and without any major bugs the event will last until the next league.

Problem is not on if you will have it. But in POE1, console do not share the same economy as in POE2 so you will have to trade the idols with the reduced amount of players in your realm and not with PC players.

I mean uhh I am a long time console enjoyer I’m well aware of the trade economy…. The economy isn’t what I care about I just wana play on the event…
