A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players

It was perfectly reasonable until you decided to keep POE1 devs on to do the next release. You should just pull them back now, have the POE2 team work on it since it's early access anyway and begin 3.26 now. Let 0.2.0 release when it's ready

Upsetting, but not the end of the world. I trust this company to do what's best for their player base. They have put a lot of work and effort into BOTH games and I commend them for that. I love Path of Exile and no other ARPG comes close to the fun I would have in any other (regardless of how much endgame content there currently is) I trust that they will bounce back better than ever and provide what we want and need in future updates

Good luck guys, you'll need it. Ofc, the news is mostly disappointing for me and "the boys" I'm use to play with, but we can withstand that.

Please, keep it in slow and steady, you can see already where rushed decisions lead to. Like, don't be that company who hires 2 "time manager's" for each employee, think about priorities a bit more if possible. Yes, poe2 is very important project for the Investors, but never forget where companies lead by Investors get(cd project red, Unisoft and EA in general).

You know how to do your stuff, just try to calm down your teams and management, you can't "undo" stuff, no one can, but you still have time to stitch the wound and get up.

As a guy who uses keddzuliy nickname for a decade, or might even longer, seeing sun priest named Ketzuli is pretty fun, both for me and my friends.

omg i just want a "Game" (a Real Game!) again and i am praying since Day 3 of this Dogshit POE2 "Game" for the Expansion of POE1 ... this sucks hard and underwhelms your Reputation once more for me .... im not going to buy a Supporter Pack next League ...i also need to rethink my Plans ... SORRY !

At least they're up front about it. The amount of time I spent in a game like ARK for example and every deadline given was a literal meme due to inevitable delays every single time. Nothing but false promises, zero transparency with reasoning or ongoing issues causing delays, etc.

Honestly though I get it, nothing else exists in this world that you could ever fathom possibly doing besides playing a new POE league for enjoyment.

The brutal honesty with which this is delivered is so refreshing. Although not ideal, it makes me want to get behind the team even more, understanding all the issues (as a project manager myself).

Stop giving them money. Unless they do something to reward their POE1 players, just stop giving them money. No more packs, no more anything.

POE1 will be dead in 12 months at this rate. You have been warned.

Yes, they are "upfront" about it when they knew months before this was it how it would be. Maybe you need to learn what the word "upfront" means ^^
