A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players

very sad news that you rather focus on an early access game than the already good product, specially that it would have been the 1st ever league start for PS5.

Is there any chance that you could give us a fresh start with new challenges and some mystery boxes as rewards? i feel like this shouldn't need much resources and would keep the playerbase that (from what i hear) is still focused on POE 1 happy.

As i refuse to pay money to play a game in an unfinished state (i guess i did that enough with poe1 already) it gives me and other players the chance to find some other games to play and the danger for you to be losing long time customers ;/

You do not understand how development of anything works, so I won't bother trying to explain.

Claiming something is explicitly not happening multiple times and then reneging on that well after the fact is not a part of any standard development cycle infact if you were to develop in that manner after having told stakeholders you would likely be liable for fraud.

And as a professional Software Developer and former Network Engineer I understand the ethical and legal implications of both, so get out of here buddy.

what a bad news .. for ppl who not play in standard and only play league its like told us to quit until when ? 2026?
poe 2 its still early acces like experimental stage ( i dont want play early acces game )
any recommed game similiar to poe1( not blizzard game ) ?

I have no idea why it's so big problema to do leagues rotation, like Blizz does in d3....

All part of growth, POE1 should absolutely take the backburner for awhile. Its in a stable place and a new expansion won't change the fact that POE2 is the future of the company. I find it commendable enough that you guys are planning on still supporting the original, let alone trying to carve out time for expansions.
