Lol, this is a lie. If you release a new Poe 1 league now, Poe 2 will just die because that game is crazy mid and insults everyone's intelligence with its gem system.
You made a new game for 10-year-old kids, you totally missed your target audience.
Even D4 can flex its complexity on you guys.

Man i am so glad that a game where i have managed to sink 68 hours since december is getting all the attention over a game a managed to sink 5623 hours since 2019. WP ggg thanks for healing my end of year spending spree.

You guys touted "1 Million" redemptions on Reddit when you hit that landmark. I do the math in my head, and at a bare minimum of $30 per early access key, PoE2 brought in at least $30,000,000 +... and you guys cannot hire more Devs to support the expansion to 2 games. This makes absolutely no sense. You have lied to us all repeatedly. You have expended all your saved up good will with your PoE 1 players, and the current PoE2 base is fickle and will be on to the next game the minute they get tired of the aweful state of endgame. Meanwhile the rest of us who have loved this studio, financially supported this studio, and PoE1 for so long feel like we have been stuck in a damp corner and told to shut up and enjoy our moldy bread. Feels bad man, feels bad.

your "ruthless" vision of the game turned out to be complete ass.
literally everyone tries to turn poe2 into poe1 because your vision, slow ass gameplay, negative movement speed, killing 4 rares in a map und just leave, no matter how many mobs are left because "not a rare = no loot", sucks.
not even talking about doing the same mistakes you did years ago in poe1.

and now, all ppl which was promised "poe2 will not affect poe1" get shit on.
ppl which played poe1 for years and invested lots of money, sometimes just to support you.

after ~10years, i gonna tell you something.
if you value new players more than ppl which has been playing this game for over a decade and just waiting for the next league, im not investing a single penny anymore.
