Blasphemy Error

When I equip Blasphemy with a curse, I get an error "Missing socketed skill" with an exclamation point in the upper right of the icon, and I can't activate it.

If I open the information panel for Blasphemy, it allows me to select weapon set 1, but weapon set 2 is showing red and is not selectable.

When I select weapon set 1, it appears to override the error and shows it as active, but it doesn't reserve spirit and isn't actually active.

I've tried with several curses, and I've tried removing all other reservation gems, but nothing works.

Same here. Besides trying everything OP did I also tried using different level of Curse, didnt work.

FWIW you at least helped me figure out why I was getting that exact error message with Blasphemy. Both Weapon Sets were unselected, and selecting them suddenly made everything work.

Also FWIW I had a curse in that socket slot previously which I directly swapped 1 for 1, and that curse had been selected for WS1 only.

Putting the curse back in the slot on its own now shows as WS2 only. Absolutely bizarre. The whole WS system UI is clunky af and needs to be cleaned up/streamlined, and most importantly debugged as we see clearly in this thread.

Check in your skill panel what is the level of blasphemy and your curse after all +lvl modifiers

The curse cannot be more than 1 lvl higher than blasphemy after all additions

To use blasphemy just make sure you are have set both weapon set

I have it selected on both weapon sets but as OP said, the curse says it is activated but does not use any spirit and does not affect enemies. This just started for me this morning. I've been using blasphemy fine all week.... is this character broken now? Do I need to toss it and start a new one?

I have been using blasphemy level 8 with enfeeble and despair level 10 for days, just this morning I switched to temporal chains this morning for a boss fight, still worked fine and then went to switch back to my despair + enfeeble setup and started getting this error.

i made a video yesterday showing this bug...glad to see everyone reporting it and hope it gets fixed.
