POE 2 Customer Service

I can't leave Olroth's territory and I killed the boss.

Dear reader,

I am having a problem with migrating on Path of Exile 2, my Dawn of the hunt League character to the Standard League, i am not able to but i really need to be able to do this. I would like to share my stash with my other character but i am not able to do it this way..

I would appreciate a swift approach, and give you a big thanks if you could help me out.

They responded to me twice within a few hours. Was faster than I expected

What in the world is going on with poe2 like i have a pretty beefy computer and its so unplayable no matter what i change it lags and stutters horribly can someone please help

I'm not convinced they are answering any emails at this point quite frankly.

I heard from them 5 months after my ticket

and they didn't even understand the issue which was a pretty simple one.

I paid for stash tabs that other people had already gotten from poe1, which i also had in poe1 but didnt transfer over, so i asked for a refund on the tabs that shouldve already been available without my purchase.

they said the stash tab appear to be in function :lol:`


didn't bother answering cause the game is dead to me since 0.2 anyway the devs have the vision of a mule and it won't end well

Stuck on loading screen
i currently have 2 toons stick on the waypoint to the chimeral wetlands a Lichfield and deadeye lvl 35 and lvl 36

thanks for the post. Now i won't purchase anything anymore until i read in the future from people in this posts or others similar recovering their investment. This hit the wall for me, since something like this is not acceptable, to put it in nice words...
