Support Email Response Delays

I'm still waiting for them to check why I can't receive the verification email. They keep on asking details which I believe it's just to feel that you've been handled already. Waiting since December 6th, 2024. Wasted my $160 going to their pockets.
Got my money back after almost 3 months! Just wanted to let you guys know. 3 months! lol there’s serious work going on at their support.
Finally got the answer and the issue was resolved. Email was sent on 8th of December and the issue was resolved on 27th of February.
Still nothing, email was sent on 8th of december and the issue wasnt resolved since. Im losing my mind.

Forgot I was gonna update here. It would have been resolved after 75 days if it was resolved at all, wasn't though. If you accidentally got it on Steam when your main account isn't on Steam you're fucked and won't be able to get it put on your real account. There's for sure no reason why not at all, they won't do it though.
Given that a not inconsiderable number of your paying customers have spent several thousand euros on your game, the fact that you've allowed this to drag on for as long as it has is shameful. Additionally, using a suite (e.g. Zendesk) with a portal that allows people to view 1) whether they've successfully logged a ticket in your system, and, 2) the status of same would go a long way.

It's 2025, GGG's over a decade old, and Tencent money is available. Do better.

Well, I reported my issue on Nov 23rd and it's still not resolved yet...

I received last mail from support on Dec 26th and it looks like they do not give a sh*t anymore.

No response via mail/ignoring messages on forums.

I whish they were this slow when taking my 130 bucks.
