We died at the same time and the elevator is not clickable, so I can't go down.

Has anyone found any way to reset the fight maybe?

If you're a Warrior, you can leap down.

Same thing happened to me, no way to get back down to the arena and retrieve the hammer...

What i tried:
1) created new instances serveral time (7+)
2) switched off all MTX
3) changed directx12 to vulcan and even dx11
4) tried to do it in party with mate ho didnt do this quest as the result he sees this item - me not
5) changed servers from europe to usa
6) ive did several next quests
7) made all dialogs with every npcs
8) asked chat gpt and other ai (nothing helped)
9) made a bug report for devs
10) waited for old instances to expire, then created new one (ctrl enter)
11) changed language in game
12) switched off loot filter
13) i tried to kill him fastly and doing it too long in order to kill him not in pool of molten metal (as it was advised in reddit eralier)

btw this happened on my second char (Deadeye) today after patch
my fist char Monk ivoker did this quest without any problems on league start.
