About one-time MTX transfer from one linked account to other.

If you contacted them about it they might still be slow/busy but im sure they will fix it. Cause i didnt have your issue but i did have to contact them a few times after the transfer was "completed" to fully get everything fully transferred even after they told me everything was transferred. I still had to contact them one finale time. I had to explain that im still missing one mtx from the carnival league were we could still get duplicated mtx and you could upgrade 2 items to something new and i couldnt get said item because it was still missing that i had on xbox well finally support said they went over the transfer and found a error in the transfer and corrected it and i got the missing item.

My items were just mystery box items and not special items from races/events might be something they cant do yet or maybe it needs to be an actual senior support agent that has to do it or maybe some kind of error happened like in my case.

Anyways wish i could of been of more help and actually had your issue but again mine was different but im sure they will fix it for you even though they are slow/busy the support staff is actually really good imo but anyways good luck exile hope it doesn't take forever for them to fix your transfer and you get your goodies :)

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's been like 2.5 weeks since their last reply to me. How often did you follow up with them? Not sure how long I should wait since I'm also in your shoes kinda. I have demigods awaiting merging and some other mystery box stuff that I had duplicates of.

It was all taken care of in the span of a week got the transfer on 10/1 they replied to my reply on 10/7 and then 5 more emails over 15 hours on 10/8 and everything was fixed.

I only replied when they sent an email to reply too.

I know it sucks waiting but they will get back to ya and i believe they will take care of your issue they were very helpful and very kind too.

Please share whenever you hear from them about this I'm invested now lol :)
