PROBLEM WITH PERFORMANCE ON POE 2

I only played 0.1; I don't have a big config, but it's above the recommended. Once I got to the endgame it was impossible to get a fixed 60fps, no matter the settings. And it was even worse when playing with friends :(
I didn't play 0.2 for that, and a friend on Ps5 pro told me the same thing, the endgame is very unpleasant. Is it always like that?

hope the free weekend will make more ppl coming here and say bad opti, cpu is too warm for this kind of game
even expedition 33 or ragnarok games don't use cpu like this :/

I tried a lot of things, nothing really helped. Great game but not playable for me at this moment.

Same problem. Using a 4070 and 5800x3d.

Game literally stuck at 40-45 fps for Dx12. Doesnt matter what setting I changed, it is still the same.

Changing to Dx11 is slightly better as I get 80 Fps. Last patch I get 120 fps so I don't understand the problem. I've already updated my drivers.

EDIT: I found a solution for those who have low fps and have a good gpu. After tinkering around gpu-z, I found that my gpu is only using pcie x2 bus lane when it should be using x8 or higher.

You need to reseat your gpu and do a cmos reset on your bios. This may have been caused by a poor cleaning job or something.

Did GGG acknowledged at any point that there is an issue with network lag spikes due to constant shader downloading and they are working on fixing it? Game is littery unplayable for me beacuse of that.

Just to raise awareness: unplayable fps with a decent rig. Vulkan/DirectX12 20 fps, DirectX11 huge spikes of lagg. Tried mutliple suggestions (bios update, checked if its using iGPU, enabling rBar). Please fix this ASAP..

Same problem here, especially with abyss, i have a Ryzen 7 5800x and a 3080ti and drop to 30-40 fps when there is an abyss.
