I'm having the same problem. The energising bolt effect doesn't work, tested on both slots.

Rewards claimed, none of them available in-game ...

Twitch says I received the flask and halo drops but I don't see them in game. For the twitch link, I was shown two different Steam options. My Steam name with two different numbers following it but, I could not find numbers behind my Steam name anywhere in Steam to know which I was supposed to select.

I got the pet but missing these 2

Energising Bolt Flask Effect and Halo of the Righteous Helmet Attachment

None of the drops are listed in my cosmetics. Please, I need my sorceress to look a little magical and not with this dumb little soldier hat that I cant find a better replacement for! xD

go here click view rewards and they should then be in your transactions and then be in game :)

Manage Account->View Rewards (in pathofexile.com) after claiming rewards in Twitch.
Once this page is turned on -- the rewards will show up in the game.
