i have a strange question about steam pre download, it says the folder size is 0 octets ?
go to settings , and check where the folder is installed ( steamapps/common/pathofexiles2 and there is nothing there |

Try click validate on steam, The download was 84gb for me.

It may seem obvious. But remember, for steam per DL, you have to redeem the key before.
