I recommend making sure you've checked your spam/junk folders and if that doesn't help, please contact us directly at support@grindinggear.com and be sure to include your Path of Exile account name and the names of a couple of your characters.

Same here, I'm not receiving any e-mail from GGG, even after I click on Resend, I've checked Spam folder, and I also don't have any e-mail address on the blacklist.

Just got mine unlocked by sending the support an email from the email account I use to login. Maybe they are having a problem with the email system but for now just email them.
