bug with the map (which opens via Tab)

ok let me clarify a little bit.
i have windows 10, also i have full administrator rights on the machine and that's it.

when deleting/rename a "production_Config.ini" config file a new one is created and the minimap works, but after a while if i restart the game the "Minimap" doesn't work again although files are created in the minimap folder. I have to constantly delete this config file and insert the settings to make the card work again

OneDrive is disabled in the system.

there are no additional antivirus programs except for windows defender also all folders "Path of exile" passes are added to exceptions in windows defender. my video graphics drivers haven't been updated since 2021y, because I have gtx 1050ti (driver version 465.89. I played with the same driver version in previous leagues)

I also saw on forums that the problem could be in the name of the local Windows account, indeed I had the "_" symbol, I created a new account with only small Latin letters. This also did not help.
