My only "problem" with harbi, is that is the only content in the game that doesnt matter if you have a 100div build or 100 mirror build, the clear speed will be almost the same because you have to wait for mobs to spawn to "damage" the boss.

Every other mechanic, the more you invest in the build with more dmg/speed/survival the faster and faster you clear the maps, harbi when you get to the point of cannot die (that is easy) and oneshot the mobs that boss spawns, you cant improve it further.

Not....entirely true. The better your build, the more "juice" you can add to the harbinger. Harbis with delirium. Harbis with beyond. Harbis with BOTH delirium and beyond, etc. You don't clear it faster, but you can juice it through the roof.

Harbi + additional rares + additional rare modifiers + scarab....

There are plenty of mechanics where speed doesn't really change the "better" your build becomes. Ultimatum, Ritual, Strongbox, Rogue Exiles, Ghosts, Blight, just to name a few.

Also....the faster your build, the faster the harbis summon the next wave. It won't summon a new wave until you kill the monsters. And you can only clear the super juiced monsters fast enough with a pretty darn strong build, especially in t16s and 17s

Wrong, delirium doesnt do anything to harbi, beyond doesnt do anything to harbi, aditional rare modifiers dont do anything to harbi.

The only thing in the game that affects harbi are atlas tree, scarabs and pack size.

This.....just isn't true at all lol. Or perhaps "not true" is wrong; it is very shortsighted to the point of negligent. The rare monsters that are summoned by harbingers are affected by ANYTHING that has an effect on rare monsters. That includes: scarab drops per rare modifier, altars, delirium, beyond, etc.

It is true that the harbinger itself, and drops from the harbinger are NOT affected. But those aren't the only drops you can force from harbis. So these won't increase the amount of shards you get from a harbinger encounter, but all other multipliers that exist for the rare monsters still exist.

Harbinger also interacts with beyond normally, allowing for HUGE amounts of beyond monsters (which stacks with delirium as well). Again....won't increase the amount of shards from the harbi, but WILL increase everything else.

You use the harbinger as a MASSIVE multiplier on anything else running in the map, not to get more shards out of each individual. And the better your build, the more you can handle because you can quickly become overwhelmed by the beefy rares, beefy beyond monsters, and sheer number of explosions and hits you take.
