Whole system freeze exclusively in loading screens
I have been having a whole system freeze periodically when loading new areas which makes the game rather frustrating since I must hard reboot every time it occurs.
Here are my specs: 7800x3d asus b650 e i gaming wifi 2x16gb flarex5 6000mts 4080FE/3090FE wd black sn850x 4tb sf750 psu windows 11 I have tried to resolve this issue by: changing renderer (dx11, vulkan, dx12) running stress tests for memory, cpu, gpu, gpu memory, and ssd (OCCT, furmark, p95) memtest86 overnight (no errors either) running ssd self test Completely reinstalling windows from scratch and only installing drivers and poe switching from 4080 to a 3090 installing the most recent bios installing a bios from late 2023 installing an old nvidia driver from late 2023 installing the newest nvidia driver disabling all overlays including game bar overlay/nvidia overlay/discord/etc. reseating ram, using individual sticks in all combinations relative to slots on the board Despite all of these different troubleshooting attempts, a random loading screen will still periodically freeze up the entire system, making the cursor move in slow motion before eventually stopping and not allowing me to ctrl-alt-del, hit task manager, or interact with the system at all. I am forced to hard reset the pc each time. It's especially confusing because no other taxing games (cyberpunk, alan wake 2) or high framerate games (ffxiv, cs2) have any sort of instability on this system, let alone any stress tests. Any help would be appreciated. I would really rather not have this issue when poe2 goes into beta/release. Last bumped on Nov 13, 2024, 11:33:07 AM

Bump, have the same exact issue, started happening when i upgraded to win 11

Exact same issue here, happens more on DX12 than DX11. At one point it happened while the game wasn't in focus and I was able to actually close the game, every other time I've had to hold the power button to reboot as Alt+F4 or Ctrl,Alt,Delete don't do anything.
Only started this league, really annoying because my FPS is much better in DX12 than DX11. Vulkan is a complete mess for me at the moment. Tried a bunch of things trying to fix it with to no avail, not having any issues in any other games or stress tests. 1080ti 8700k 16gb DDR4 3000 MHz Update: GPU was running in PCI-E BUS x8 (instead of x16) and my SSD Died & , turned out it was a bad SSD and once I re-installed the game onto another SSD (and fixed bios) the game works fine. Same problem with you

also same issue

Same issue on macOS / Geforce Now

I have now tried a new motherboard and installing the system on a different SSD. Issue still persists, though now on a different ssd, the system eventually got out of the freeze one time when I left it on overnight. I am at a loss of what to do now at this point because literally every single component has been individually swapped with a system that doesn't do it.

Also, having this issue. It completely freezes my system and loops the audio.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor Motherboard: ASRock B650E PG RIPTIDE WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard GPU: GeForce RTX 4090 RAM: Corsair Vengeance 96 GB (2 x 48 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 Memory Power Supply: be quiet! Unfortunately, I uninstalled the steam version of the game and installed the GGG client, so I lost the original logs, but based on my previous search history - one of the logs included: - "ActorVisualSizeInformation".
