Impending Doom Elemental Overload

I disagree. POB is almost always correct for this stuff, where as the character sheet is frequently wrong or insufficient information. There are certain thing POB cant do, but if it is saying one thing and the character sheet disagrees I will go with POB every time, at least as a starting point. There is a reason everyone uses it and not the character sheet. It's not so much that POB should always be trusted but more that the character sheet should never be trusted.

Doom support and it has its own crit chance so IT SHOULD be able to crit and gain EO.

Yes I agree.

So what your saying is you can see the damage on the character sheet go up for other skills with EO, but not doom blast?

I'm looking at your current pob, it says your impending doom has 3% crit chance. So you cranked this up over 80% when you were testing?

It's true that allocating EO in POB is assuming you have crit in the last 8 seconds, so that dps increase will be incorrect if you are not critting with doomblast. I don't see anything yet on your build that will prevent it from critting.

2.3 mil to 3.2 mil is a pretty big difference, but it will still be hard to notice. What makes you think it is not applying other than character sheet? I'll see if I can replicate what you are saying with the character sheet, but if it isn't showing, the damage might still be applying and not showing on the character sheet. Someone would have to devise a way for you to test that, or be familiar that it is for sure working/not working to give you an answer.
