Game is almost unplayable for 50% of South America players at peak time.

Almost every night - without fail - the South America Gateway keeps lagging, disconnecting, and being unstable for many players in Brazil/South America around 21:00 to 22:00 UTC-3, which is peak internet usage in Brazil.

Can we have any update on that topic?

That's not coincidence.

Having the same problem, I usually just have weird disconnects where the ping goes to the moon, but right now it's a little different. My ping is constantly at 120-130ms when the normal is around 12-15ms. I cannot seem to make it go back to normal.

Had the same issues at around 4-5 AM BRT. Also had some flatlining issues over the last 2 days, though they seem to be more present now.

Weird.

Just came in to the forum to se if someone else was having this problem.

quick update, a friend of mine that use the same ISP as me and the pag issue was resolved when he used exitlag.
So I'm gessing it's a routing issue from the ISP.

PS.: we both use CLARO.

yep, server crashed, came back, now the ping went from 30-40 to 150ms

Thanks for the update, as I too am using Claro. Seems like I'll just have to bear with it for the time being.

Was having this same issue last league and having it right now as well, Sao Paulo Server.

My internet provider is TIGO.
