So you're running a CPU that was released in 2013. The YT video you linked shows you have almost no GPU usage. With HT on or off, your CPU is struggling. I doubt there's anything that's going to fix your issue. If HT off works for you, then you have your answer. Edit: I also should have quoted or specified in my original response that my reply was intended for @GabbaGandalf110201 who I posted underneath in the thread. 9700k 3070ti Game is still unplayable for me, screen constantly freezes which just makes me die repeatedly. FPS is unplayable in the most part, in some rare cases (I think in some specific maps) it's sometimes really smooth and playable but it happens rarely. I have tried everything, I've spent months on trying to fix this and no luck so far. No issues with any other game. I just tried this c-state power plan thing, it made the freezes last even longer than before...Maybe I was just imagining it though. But I'm still so delulu, I keep coming back to read patch notes hoping for some patch for anything perfomance-related. Perhaps one day...Until then I won't be playing. What helps me to stay sane in this game: open any stream or stream record in browser (disable sound if u want), open one instance of poe and leave it hangling on login screen in background, then open PoE again (for 2 PoE windows to stay opened at same time) and look how smooth it works (im orienting intro video, if it smooth, then game gonna work smooth too) and if it keeps stuttering then exit one PoE window and relaunch it.
