Can't patch this game! restarting doesn't help

 2.  Allegedly, these files are occupied by other processes. But I used the Microsoft utility, and I didn't see anyone other than your patch using it.  I have a lot of disk space, I don't have an antivirus, disabling the built-in firewall didn't help. Last bumped on Aug 3, 2024, 2:20:10 PM

I have a solution. Go to the path of exile folder and delete PathOfexile.exe, then rename PathOfExile.tmp to PathOfExile.exe and run it.

I don't know how it works, but I opened a client.txt in the notepad and started the game, then the problem was "solved".
