Game still won't open on M1 Mac...
Same here M1.
In case some of you are good at this, you could try to open the DAT file and see if there is any broken code in here. Last edited by Autopsyzzz on Jul 24, 2024, 11:15:18 AM

Same Problem here

confirmed on m1 pro macbook too. as excited as I get for new patches, it's kinda wild how badly the mac client handles updates.

" The Mac client is still only built for Intel CPUs. Honestly, it's amazing that the game is playable at all, let alone runs so well, given that it's being translated to ARM64 or ARM64e on the fly. Also, broken on M2 MacBook Pro with Sonoma 15.6 beta. Same "download is borked, move to Trash?" error. | |
Sorry, but it doesn't work also on old Intel.
Broken since last update same issue as all the M processors |

Same thing here. M2 Pro. It downloads the 40 mb file and provides an error that “POE” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the trash. The file was downloaded on an unknown date.

Reinstalling the game resolved the issue for me.

i tried reinstalling the game and it just takes u back to the 40mb download and crashes even with deleting the update.dat file
