Crashing while doing the campaign

OS: Windows 10
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six core
GPU: RTX 2060
Ram: 16gb

In order, I updated drivers (crash), reinstalled poe then verified files and deleted cache (crash), checked for firewall conflicts, ensured my gpu, cpu, psu, motherboard were in working order(crash), reset graphics settings to default and adjusted nothing(crash). Resetting the graphics to default seemed to allow me to play for about 20 minutes longer than the previous crashes (20-30 minutes for each crash).

Performance graphs showed my cpu meter with high spikes, shader was maxed the entire time, memory hovered around 3.9-4.1 (I assume it was because the shaders were previously deleted).

I really don't know what else to do. I don't remember at what point I did this but I made sure awakened poe and pob were up to date as well. I had read that it could crash poe.

The most recent time it crashed was after I had saved that one guy in act 10 in the Kitava fight room and tried to exit the room.

At least every crash has been consistent, though. It only crashes when I click on the portal/door to another instance even if I had already been there.

I was also running frost blade trickster. I have no idea if that matters but I hope it helps. Background apps were netflix, pob, and awakened poe. POE is the only game that gives me trouble.

If anyone has a recommendation please let me know. Also, if anyone has any information I could add I would be glad to.

I have the same problem. After piety in act 4, like 50% of Campaign bosses makes the game crash.

I had never experimented crashes before. They just happen after 5 to 10 steps just after killing a main campaign boss.

Hope this get fix asap!

Same thing happening in dame places. No issue until late last week.

I'm also constantly crashing since latest patch. Never happened before and the game was super stable. I wanna play hardcore in the upcoming league but looks like it will be impossible... would be nice to at least get a reply from GGG.

Also crashing a lot.

Last two times were after killing Doedre (act 8) and after killing tolman.
The game just closes and log in Client.txt isn't showing any errors.

Same here, keep crashing after killing piety in act 4, i tried multiple characters and changing from vulkan to directx12.

I managed to get an error: referenced memory at xxx could not be read
i lost the screenshot of the error code so cant help with that.

I have the same crash to desktop. I am getting it after fighting Piety in act 4. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I even installed the game to a different drive using Epic games launcher, My main install is Steam. Different installs same CTD in that spot, I even brought my 92 RF toon to try it and I gee same crash. My other PC did not crash when I tried it.

I am also crashing after fighting act bosses. Its an instant crash, no freezing, and is always when I click to path to the door to the next zone.

Same issue. Same conditions. No resolution. I'm assuming this will be cleared up by the upcoming league.
