Let us hide white items in ruthless loot filters

Using the excuse that the game shouldn't need a loot filter is so wrong. That would only be the case if the game always dropped items that would be 100% relevant to your level, spec/archetype and playtime/effectivity of play. Game would also have to measure exactly at what level you would stop caring about crafting on a base. Impossible the way crafting is in this game.
Even if they made drop rates so small that casual players wouldn't see the item in hundreds of hours there would be people that want to filter out that item just due to sheer amount of hours played/faster play than the casual. Some love to bring in D2 into the discussion. That game would have felt waaay less frustrating if it had a loot filter and that's with very minimal crafting and some very rare base drops (sockets/etheral/etc) Last edited by arknath on Jul 10, 2024, 6:43:42 PM
