Switched to budget version at 72 lvl, and I have a huge issue with single target damage. Killing any elite takes forever.

Can someone explain me how absorption changes work? There are a lot of stacking damage from active power charges, but then all those charges convered to absorption charges - does that mean that all bonuses from power charges are lost?
