Unfair account blocking

It's very funny to see how you ban players who spend more time playing for imaginary reasons, but give a huge number of chances to streamers who violate your rules over and over again

Speaking from personal experience, bans here certainly can happen for a false reason. In my case they eventually unbanned me after like 4 weeks (a lot of time if I was a temp league-only player, would've been league skip basically because of economy bloat). The whole communication process was rather unpleasant.

So regardless of whether or not OP is speaking true about his innocence, single appeal policy is fundamentally flawed. Maybe the person who looked at it had indigestion that day, and didn't look close enough. Fate of heavily invested accounts should never hang on such factors.

Apparently they are extremely convinced that their outsource workers do their job well for $50 a month. I don’t find any other reasons for this attitude, although honestly, I thought that Warframe had the worst support (I had a negative experience with it, but one way or another I resolved the issue there), but here - “we will not reconsider the decision”

Simple. Just stop playing POE or stop buying their packs.

I bought a new computer and wanted to test how performs in POE. So I played 1-2 hours, turned off the new pc and ran POE on the old pc. 1-2 hours later I got ban on act 3.
Clean installations of Win 10 and Win 11 on both computers, no 3rd party apps.

I don't even play POE, they can check my both accounts - I have less than 10 hours in game for 1 year and ZERO TRADES. But they don't care. I use POE to benchmark my computers.

I'm not writing this because I want them to remove my ban. Actually I don't care, they can ban this account too. I just want to inform ppl - don't buy their packs, because one day you can get ban for nothing, without explanation.

Or you could just not cheat...been here since the start of 2012, played every league to varying degrees and never received a ban, and while i have spent money on the game i am under no illusion that GGG can and will ban those that have broken the ToS no matter how much money you have spent on the game, they have no issue unbanning people if they feel it was a false positive (though those are rare now given how mature the detection methods are) or those that are borderline.

I never had covid so covid doesn't exist. This is your logic. Pretty stupid don't you think?

Just check my old profile and char levels + gear. The profile is banned so I can't transfer the gear or make changes. If I'm a cheater why my gear is for few chaos orbs? Do you know why? Because I don't play this game, I used it for benchmark for few hours.

I think if ban occurs reason should be public. Just that. Because right now there is a word from player and no word from GGG.
