Can Not play game. HELP

OK so my current issue is the game will not stay open at all. sometimes crashes on startup and sometime crashes after picking character. really need some help here i will list info below on my pc and crash report.

I just stopped playing, even my wife who has 64gb Ram , gtx4060 and i7 14k, the pc struggles with PoE...
It's not worth the hassle to buy a nasa pc just to play a game which can barely be ran on that Nasa Pc... Ain't gonna play on nvidia also, because it feels like every month I am investing to play a free to play game... Just stopped playing and went back to LE and WoW. Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

" My older pc was running this game better with less crashes. way less. it got worse each league. Its insane that there is no response from GGG. I'm waiting for D4 new season . That's sad. |

" These errors have nothing to your specs obviously. It is related to the logic and not bad / good hardware. Read what 0xC0000005 means for example. Wait for the fix. Ideally, upload WER report (with memory dump) and dxdiag.log then send the link to GGG's e-mail. It'll be more efficient than complaining about NASA PC and shit. I have the same problem.
So far I've tested: Different resolutions installed win 10 installed win 11 full reinstall tested older gpu dirvers tested studio gpu drivers removed the PoE related folders Nothing works. Crashes before I can login to my account. One time I could create a char, but crashed when I saw the beach (5sec in to the game) 99,9% of the errors is related to the KERNELBASE.dll error. |

KERNELBASE.DLL is not a root of the problem. You need WER report and dxdiag instead of wasting time on useless reinstalls. It's a job for the programmers.
