Can't summon animate guardian

Just to be absolutely sure:
Those items are identified already, right?

I cant think of anything else right now.

yes all identified
i try even with corruped gear and nothing
i went to act 1 got some normal gear from vendor used a Alch Orb them went out to the next zone, drop all the gear and still nothing. I dunno what to do.

I was thinking to make another guardian and get to lv 28 so i can use the lv1gem and see what happen

I too am facing the same problem, watched videos bsically you id items drop them on the ground and consume them.

the spell is cast but it doest consume the item.

really confusing, it looks like nothing happened, no items consumed. im just dropping id'd items i have found to test this skill out

ok guys i just did it!!!!!
i never read this on guides or video in ytube but:

- first place i was droping the gear mouse over and using the skill
- after all the info and help u gave me, i was holding F key to read the items info on the floor but i hit the skill key by mistake and it summoned the AG

never though i have to hold F key and use the skill to summon my AG

This is just like Summon Spectre - you need to hold the highlight button down then cast the spell.
