Main account banned?

Im just wondering how many of people that are typing in forum about being banned for no reason. Know exacly the reason ?
[Removed by Support] :> But hey so many people dont even know that using third programs can end up being banned. And ofc people allways reply in the same way. Why GGG didnt BAN that much for [Removed by Support] before ? Because previous leagues mech couldnt be abuse by this third party program. With this league [Removed by Support] gives cheaters such a huge advantage. Even in my guild while i was still playing and yes i quit because i learn how much [Removed by Support] helped in the league mechanic i saw how often the same people where just posting uniq jevel from final boss of the league machanic. And i encountered this guy once. And same people posting that drop couple of times each hour. GGG the league itself was great but cheaters using [Removed by Support] ruined it and they were saying YEA IM USING [Removed by Support] only because of perfomence boost. YEA RIGHT. " Dude, stop talking nonsense, I was banned, and I don't even know what POE SMOOTHER is... my account never had anything else, little currency, few tabs, few characters, max lvl 96, several leagues without playing, the support guys just need to log in to see it, but that would be a lot of work. Since it's a big game, they won't look at it case by case... I was banned for something random, some conflict error. No one is saying that GGG is banning simply because they want to... it's obvious that they don't want to have to ban anyone, however this automated method is banning people who don't deserve it. Hey @GGG! Please take a look on Miodas, looks like it's advertising bot for non-legit software.
As for topic subj, as many others yesterday discovered that account i played since 2017 is banned. Wrote to @support and @banappeal, but it looks like answer will come next year... |

as I replied to you in another topic, can you please stop that advertising of a 3rd party software, which we never used and never heard of it? Your post makes no sense at all and have nothing to do with our problems here or helping us in any possible way with our issue. And yes, I'm sure, because I'm not the only one person wrote you, that we never heard of that program. " Because i found out about [Removed by Support] cheaters i lost totally will to play this league. I was playing in a legit way since the start of my jorney with POE. Bought a couple of support packs. Thats why im into the topics of bans. Some of people mayby realy got banned by mistake.
