Crit chance at maximum power charges and cooldown on charms are all prefixes. So is power charge on critical strike.
If you an make up for either CDR or Crit Chance elsewhere, it should give a nice boost.

anyone tried expedition with this build? i always get 1 shot in there. its my favorite atlas mechanic but there seems to be so many mods that brick this build.

Ill try do get to the 10.1 attackspeed and i did all what was Recommend.
- 10% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (x2) -> ✓
- 15% inc attack speed, Skill Tree -> ✓
- 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught -> ✓
- 11% inc attack speed, Gloves -> got 12%
- 14% inc attack speed, Watcher's Eye -> ✓
- 5% inc action speed, Boots -> ✓
+ 30% Qual Cospris 14%ats
+ 5% ATS Jewel
But il still just hit 9.89 and i rly dont no why^^

Hello.
According to your POB, you actually have 10.43 attack speed which is bad because you need to stay under 10.1. Here is your current attack speed according to your POB

I found the issue. You need to do 2 things to fix:
1) Remove/change the Vivid Heart cobalt jewel. This jewel is giving you 5% attack speed you don't need and it is pushing you over the top of 10.1
2) Lower Glove attack speed to 11% (this is the last little bit you need to get the right attack speed)
When I made these two changes in your POB, your attack speed is now the correct speed of 10.09.

I strongly recommend this setup

In my experience is faster and almost as efficient as DD or VRF chieftain (checked on t16 juiced t16 JW)
and have better stygian spire control
p.s.
ES leech setup is just an experiment, YOU can skip it towards es/hp perks
