Iron Commander + Siege Ballista of Splintering

Iron commanders line "Siege Ballista has +1 to maximum number of summoned totems per 200 dexterity" isn't working with the new siege ballista of splintering transfigured gem. You don't get any additional totems like you do with the normal siege ballista gem.

I hope this will be fixed soon, I also wanted to try this version of the gem, but it simply does not receive additional totems with this unique bow.

For example, Summon Raging Spirit of Enormity works with a Replica Midnight Bargain giving 6 extra spirits.
So in my opinion it would be strange to make an exception for any one transfigured skill gem.
