Super Long Loading Times and missing textures despite good pc

Unacceptable

This is the downside of vulcan, it loads forever and after it loads it still loads in textures
BUT FPS doesnt drop and Frame rate doesnt go up in high density.

So if your PC is just strong enough use DX, if it's not use Vulcan and get used to longer loads.

Same problem with load times recently, now it is simply not playable. Yuk.
