Any solution to missing textures and invisible boss skills?

Using RTX 4070, Latest Drivers from the website (537.13)
32 Gigs Ram, DirextX12 i9-13900H CPU Windows 11 64-bit Brand new laptop with a new install. Bought the laptop after the last crap PoE patch that ruined the performance. hi, i am restarting this topic because i have exactly the same problem.
Textures, skills, specially on new memory bosses, ARE ALL INVISIBLE. Sirus, I cant see any of his skills, maze is also invisible. Dude.. how to play this game with all this bugs? Any fix for this yet? My end, it justifies my means,
